TRC Community Health Center offers a variety of primary medical care, dental care, podiatry, and school-based health services, all of which are available to the entire community. The Primary Care Clinic, located in Jamestown, features board-certified physicians with expertise in treating people with complex health issues. Dental Clinics, located in Dunkirk and Jamestown, provide quality dental care, particularly those unable to access dental services elsewhere. The agency’s Podiatry Clinic, located in Jamestown, offers high-quality foot and ankle care. And, our School-Based Health, located at Jamestown Public Schools, provides comprehensive health care services to students enrolled at the school.
Our Patient Access Navigator assists and directs current patients as well as potential patients with information and assistance with their health care needs. We offer those individuals seeking services, support and guidance through TRC services, community resources and with their insurance needs. TRC Community Health Center also offers same day appointments too!

Patient Portal
TRC Community Health Center has adopted a program called AthenaHealth. This is an online patient portal that enables patients to take a proactive role in managing their care at their own convenience. For your convenience, services are available in a single location, which allows our providers to consult with one another, thereby providing you with the highest quality, holistic care available.
