A School-Based Health Center is an expanded school health program provided by a joint effort between the Jamestown Public School District and Community Inclusion, Inc.

Community Inclusion, Inc. is a NHSC-approved site that provides primary health services. NHSC supports health centers in rural and urban communities. The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) supports more than 18,000 primary care medical, dental, and behavioral health providers through scholarships and loan repayment programs.
